Simply lazy…

I like Orange, they do cool adverts and their customer service seems pretty good (but that might be because they take so much money off me each month). But when I opened my last (oops, latest) bill I found myself getting very angry. Now this normally happens when I can’t understand the information I’m given – it’s a natural reaction I just can’t supress. But this time I got angry because Orange had, with the best of intentions no doubt, tried to explain my bill to me with this insert.I’m sure most people would have been happy with Orange’s offering but having spent a disproportionate amount of my time studying mobile phone bills, I can only see it as a lazy way of avoiding doing the right thing, and simply producing a bill that explains itself – it’s easy when you know how.
