Project to rewrite and redesign an appointment letter sent out by the local NHS trust.

The original version (shown below) of this letter was handwritten, making it difficult to read, and time-consuming to produce. The text also didn’t make it absolutely clear what actions needed to be taken, risking valuable NHS resources being wasted.
